Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information ("PII") is information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your real name, address, phone number, company name, or e-mail address). Generally, you may browse our Website without providing any PII. We will not collect PII about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and so on) unless you provide it voluntarily when you: a) register with us; b) participate in the Promotions; and/or c) send us questions or comments via email. If you do not want your PII collected, please do not submit it to us. In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with requested information, you may not be able to take advantage of our Services.
We may send you promotional emails regarding special offers about CataBoom’s products and services or on behalf of third party marketing partners who we think can offer services and products of interest to you. Cookies A cookie is a data file placed on a device when it is used to visit the online service. HTML5 cookies can be programmed through HTML5 local storage. Embedded Scripts An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Website, such as the links you click on.
