This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to CataBoom, LLC’s (hereinafter referred to as “CataBoom” or “us” or “we”) website located at CataBoom.com (the “Website”) and any mobile applications of the Website (the “Services”).  Such Services shall include any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) conducted either through the Website, any mobile applications of the Website or through third party social media websites where CataBoom, LLC is the named sponsor of such Promotions.  The Privacy Policy solely governs information that is collected through your use of our Services and does not apply to any personal information collected offline.

We are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all users of CataBoom’s Services. This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with notice of our information practices, including the types of information gathered and how the information is used and safeguarded.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will always be posted on our Website, with the “As of” date posted at the top of the Privacy Policy.  If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, you will know because the as of date of the Privacy Policy will change. If we are going to use any information in a manner that is materially different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time we collected such information, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to consent to the change. By accessing the Services after the Effective Date, you are deemed to consent to our then-current Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Services and any personal information you provide on the Website or through any mobile services or as part of any Promotions remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, do not use our Services.

Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information ("PII") is information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your real name, address, phone number, company name, or e-mail address). Generally, you may browse our Website without providing any PII.  We will not collect PII about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and so on) unless you provide it voluntarily when you: a) register with us; b) participate in the Promotions; and/or c) send us questions or comments via email. If you do not want your PII collected, please do not submit it to us.  In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with requested information, you may not be able to take advantage of our Services.

CataBoom will present Promotions on behalf of third party advertisers (each, a “Publisher” and collectively, the “Publishers”).  We will only share your PII collected in a Promotion with the Publisher on whose behalf the information was collected.  Any use of the PII by the Publisher shall be subject to such Publisher’s privacy policy.  Should you want to “opt-out” from receiving correspondence from that Publisher, you must do so according to the instructions provided by that Publisher.  We are not responsible for any PII that is provided to the Publishers.

We may send you promotional emails regarding special offers about CataBoom’s products and services or on behalf of third party marketing partners who we think can offer services and products of interest to you. We may also share your name and email address and certain other information, such as when you first subscribed, with reputable companies that provide marketing offers through email.  Additionally, we may use third party services to help us operate our business and the Services or administer activities on our behalf.  We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes.

Information Shared With Facebook and other Social Networking Services. You may be given the option to use our Services through a social networking site (“SNS”) such as Facebook.  For example, by clicking allow on the Facebook permission authorization we will automatically import information from your Facebook profile, including without limitation, your Facebook user ID, profile picture, Facebook profile name, and Facebook friends (“Imported Facebook Information”). When linking your account the authentication of your login credentials is conducted through the applicable SNS.  You should make sure that you are comfortable with the information your SNS may make available to us by visiting the SNS’ privacy policy and/or modifying your privacy settings directly with the applicable SNS. By authorizing the SNS to provide this information to us we reserve the right to use, transfer, assign, sell, share and provide access to such information in the same ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Linked Sites Links to or from the Website ("Linked Sites") to other websites, services, or applications may exist. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Website.  We do not endorse or sponsor other websites (unless specifically disclosed), we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites, expressly disclaim any statements or assertions made on such websites, and deny all liability associated with your use of, and the content on, such other websites.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.

Definitions of Tracking Technologies
