Southwest Airlines shined a spotlight on sustainability during their 2023 Earth Month Sweepstakes. With the help of CataBoom’s Catapult platform, SWA launched a fun and interactive way to educate employees about the company’s sustainability goals across its four strategic pillars (Reduce, Replace, Offset, Partner). Deployed during the days leading up to Earth Day 2023, the collect and win board utilized a three-question quiz followed by Pop 2D, Puzzle, and Memory games randomly awarding players a $50 gift card or an up-cycled product. Players who collected all four badges could play an extra game with additional prizes, prompting high engagement throughout the experience.
